15-day returns
We have a 15-day return window, which means you have 15 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused/unworn, with tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Important note about supplier policies (dropshipping)
Wild Willow & Co works with a network of trusted suppliers who ship items directly to you. Because of this, return addresses, restocking fees, and eligibility requirements may vary by product and supplier.
We will always confirm the correct return instructions for your specific item after you contact us. Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info.wildwillowandco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) youd like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)
If Return is Accepted: we will email you the:
- Return instructions (where to send it)
- A return shipping label if applicable
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the item and supplier.

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item, well work with you to make it right.

For all other returns, return shipping may be deducted from your refund or may be the customers responsibility, depending on the suppliers policy.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any damage or issue
Well evaluate the issue and work with the supplier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, well notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, youll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
